1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 77vb platform and all services under it. 77vb is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live games, and various other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the 77vb support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your personal details (phone number, email, payment method) change, update them on the 77vb platform as soon as possible. The user is solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Balance

Your account balance is only applicable for use on the 77vb platform. The account balance is not a bank deposit and no interest or profit applies to it.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on the 77vb platform:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank, and others)

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully requested withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase due to identity verification or other reasons. Standard banking hours apply for bank transfers.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

Funds must be deposited into 77vb only from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not permitted and such transactions will be returned.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing any bonus funds. Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Users can advance to higher tiers step by step based on their activity and participation.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 77vb platform are operated in a fully fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely free from bias or manipulation.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server disruption, 77vb will provide the fairest possible resolution. However, the resolution provided in such situations will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77vb platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.

11.2 Closure at 77vb's Initiative

77vb may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these terms and conditions is detected.
• If fraud or cheating is suspected.
• If evidence of providing false information is found.

11.3 Balance After Account Termination

If an account is terminated due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the bonus balance will be forfeited. A decision on refunding the original deposited amount will be made subject to investigation.
